My xmas in the city was fantastic. The hotel had great complementary coffee and chocolate cookies that were delicious. The location was unbeatable: close to many shops and restaurants. Also, the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable - I slept like a baby.
Unfortunately, my stay was not perfect. The room was way too small for the price paid, and the walls were thin, which made sleeping at night difficult due to the street noise. Additionally, the staff was dismissive and did not seem to care about my concerns. Finally, the overall appearance of the hotel was quite outdated and in dire need of renovation.

The room was huge and exceptional with 4 family members children 17 years of age, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The hotel had a comfy and incredible location next to Hammerstein Ballroom.

We had a fantastic weekend in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities such as a gym and a computer room. We loved the convenient location, with easy access to multiple metro stations and a diner right off the hotel. The complimentary museum was a nice touch, a perfect activity on a rainy day. Additionally, the efficient staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit outdated, and the shower was sometimes temperamental. Additionally, the room was a bit noisy due to the high traffic outside. Despite these small drawbacks, the hotel provided excellent value for the price, and we had an overall enjoyable experience. We would definitely consider staying here again during our next visit to the city.

During my Easter stay, I was offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi services which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was fantastic with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation services. The view from my window was breathtaking.
Unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The bathroom was extremely small and cramped. Also, despite the initial quoted price, there were hidden charges that were added on to the final bill. I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and deceitful practices. I regret staying at this hotel and I would not recommend it to others.

The hotel has newly remodelled and large rooms with 2 double beds, bathroom, a pull out sofa. This venue has excellent and incredible location to JFK airport. Also it is close enough to metro station and parking garage, and walls.
The bathrooms are a bit cramped.

The hotel's bar and restaurant are conveniently located and serve delicious, affordable food. The room service was prompt and courteous, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The stunning view from the room added to the overall experience and made it worth the stay. As a budget traveler, I loved the range of leisure facilities, including the gym and pool, that were easily accessible and free of charge.
The noise level from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive at times.
